This was a fun and challenging room. Everyone in my group had something to do and solve. It was cool being in the tunnels of Casa Loma. Shout out to Agent Buttercup! He did a great job leading the game!

110 escape rooms

As with the rest of the Casa Loma rooms the theming/ambiance is king, along with the actors being incredibly welcoming and improv well with the group. There were two puzzles that didn’t really work properly which needed the actor’s intervention which was disappointing and unlike the other rooms I’ve done here. Other than that, fantastic puzzles great immersive vibe. Definitely on the difficult side though so expect to be challenged and push the clock quite close to the end

Gameplay

Good variety of puzzles, lots to do!

Atmosphere

Very thematic, incredible amount of props and interactive things

Customer service

As always the actors are fantastic here. Very friendly and improv quickly

Story

Good story, didn’t follow it completely, but that’s more due to the large public group size of the room

Difficulty

Hard

Definitely a harder one of their rooms. Lots to find and do. This means you need more people to actually do the puzzles in time, but with more people (and in a public room), communication isn’t perfect

Was anything broken?

Yes

Two different props in the room didn’t work even with the actor’s help and guidance. Once we did the actions correctly, they had to intercede with the code/clue that would actually work

Accessibility

Lots of walking through tunnels and some stairs before getting to the room itself
