On our trip to Washington. We were so excited to try out escape rooms, and we ended up playing about 9 of them, going from Gig Harbor to Tacoma to Seattle. This one was very basic.
Picture this: a tiny room with hardly any cool tech stuff, and absolutely no surprises. The puzzles were just okay, nothing really mind-blowing. But hey, the guy running the place, I think he might be the owner, was super nice and acted as our game master.
We actually beat the room pretty quickly because it was so straightforward. It felt like we were in a dressing room for some C-list entertainer - not the thrilling experience we were hoping for, you know?
And the worst part? They charged us $50 per person for this lackluster room. Honestly, we all felt it wasn't worth that much. We thought it should be more like $30 to be fair.
But hey, I guess everyone has different tastes, right?
