The game itself was a ok. The issue being the clue system and game monitor. The clues were given via an old telephone in a British accent which none of us could hear or understand and stated so. We asked again and again and we’re given the same clue in the same manner over and over again and we were left stuck unable to proceed for over 20mins. We continued to attempt to figure it out regardless but the lack of proper game assistance (understandable and timely) was frustrating and demoralizing and greatly impacted our whole experience.
Gameplay
The play itself was good. Seemed to make sense and good story line
Atmosphere
Design and props were fitting and fun. Dimly lit as most are which is always difficult for me
Customer service
Staff was friendly and welcoming. In game we couldn’t get the help we needed, same clue sent over and over and unable to hear it. Following game there didn’t seem to be an appropriate response to the issue.
