Enter into the Realm of Illusions, a mystic venue known as the “other side of magic,” where truly powerful magic takes place. Only those possessing magical abilities are selected to partake in a special magician’s challenge. Those that succeed will become part of a select group — the Masters of Magic. Today, you and your group have been invited by Reflecto, a legendary magician, to participate in a mysterious and magical challenge. You will perform and solve an array of magical tricks, puzzles, and brain teasing challenges. Begin in Reflecto’s dressing room, then progress throughout the backstage areas of a historic performance theater, and if talented enough, eventually into the secret Realm of Illusions,. Can you perform unbelievable feats and become one of the Masters of Magic?

Fun room. I would say the minimum number of players for this room would be 3. A couple puzzles were very fun.

Incredible!! Some of the best special effects I’ve ever seen. I love playing magic-themed rooms because they always feel so.. magical! By far one of my favorite games. Love the keepsake you get at the end!

Our game master was great! He talked with us after the room, paid great attention to our game, and helped us relay information for one of the puzzles. He even nudged us when we were overlooking items right under our noses!

No reserved parking for Gatlin’s. Must park in a public lot and walk/take a trolley to the escape room. We played early in the morning and had no trouble parking in a public lot right down the street from the village shoppes where Gatlin’s is located. Cost $20 to park for the whole day.

The props and special effects are awesome as with all of the Gatlin’s escape games. Note this is at the second location which is a bit of a walk from the other games.

This room has some unique flow and memorial moments that just keep you guessing. Our game master kinda ruin them a little which worsened our experience. That being said I would still recommend the room, especially if you are a magic lover

Great concept with some cool room transitions but some puzzles needed clearer goals/better in-room hints so we didn’t have to ask for so much help. One huge time-suck puzzle kept us from winning, which was a bummer because we knew exactly what we needed to do.

Really really REALLY cool effects and reveals. Like this room had one of the most "wow" transitions I've ever seen. The puzzles were good but a little finicky with the tech - several times we had to ask for clues and we found what we were doing was correct but we just were missing the sensor. Our game master also gave probably a little too much direction, but he also kept it lighthearted and created a really fun experience. Definitely a worthwhile stop in Gatlinburg!
