This is not an escape room in the traditional sense, they call it a “theatrical experience” and if you keep that in mind during the game play this room will be extremely fun.
With that being said, I did come here to solve puzzles. The game is broken into parts- actor will give you a task to complete and you complete it. Usually giving you three puzzles at a time to solve, but because you’re trying to discover a larger mystery in the game you only have a set amount of time to solve them. It felt like the puzzles were more dependent on the story, so you didn’t need to solve all of the puzzles that were given. Which was unfortunate. You were able to go back and redo the ones that you didn’t initially finish but it did feel like there were others we weren’t able to experience because of that.
It is not an escape room in the traditional sense, it’s more like a play that you’re apart of. It was interesting!
The set design was really good, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The actor we had also added to our experience for creating an immersive atmosphere.
